SALESFORCE TECHNICAL LEAD

Position Overview: We're seeking a Salesforce Functional Lead/SA with extensive experience to design and build custom/standard components on the Salesforce platform. This role involves leading a team of Salesforce Developers, ensuring best practices, and providing technical solutions. Strong expertise in Salesforce Experience Cloud and excellent communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities:

• Lead design and development on the Salesforce platform.
• Manage and mentor Salesforce Developers, ensuring adherence to best practices.
• Act as the primary contact for the development team, prioritizing and resolving issues.
• Collaborate with Solution/Technical Architects to author Technical Design Documents.
• Define and refine the development workflow, optimizing processes for efficiency.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 7+ years in Salesforce Development.
• Minimum 2 years as a Salesforce Technical Lead.
• Strong experience with Salesforce Experience Cloud.
• Expertise in providing technical solutions within the Salesforce ecosystem.
• Excellent technical documentation and communication skills.
• Familiarity with agile and waterfall methodologies.

Desired Skills:

• Experience with Test-Driven Development.
• Familiarity with development outside the Salesforce platform (e.g., React, Angular, Java).
• Knowledge of unlocked packages.
• Experience in the Financial Services industry, preferably within mortgages.
• Experience implementing Experience Cloud solutions at enterprise organizations.
