- Overseeing full end-to-end project delivery for mid to large scale projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and budget constraints.
- Coordination with internal teams and external partners to execute projects seamlessly, meeting client specifications and expectations.
- Build and sustain strong client relationships, serving as the main point of contact and managing communication throughout projects.
- Conduct post-project debrief sessions to gather feedback and ensure client satisfaction
- Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring profitability
- Handle project payment schedules, invoicing, and supplier negotiations to optimize costs and maximise margins.
- Collaborate closely with Content and Creative teams to develop engaging content that's both conceptually interesting and feasible
- Contribute to creative brainstorming sessions
- Work closely with the production team to develop technical solutions and ensure seamless project execution.
- Lead new business meetings, presented credentials, and managed pitch processes for potential projects.
- Actively promote the agency's services and participated in industry events to drive organic growth and expand client base.
