Position Overview:

Finatal are mandated by an extremely high growth, PE backed software business, seeking a Senior FP&A Manager to join the business on an 18 month fixed term contract.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and financial targets.
• Prepare and present comprehensive financial reports and analysis to senior management and key stakeholders.
• Conduct in-depth financial analysis to support business decisions, identify trends, and drive performance improvements.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to support system implementations and enhancements, ensuring optimal utilisation and accuracy of financial data.
• Serve as a strategic business partner, providing financial insights and guidance to support operational decision-making.
• Drive process improvements and automation initiatives within the FP&A function to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls, policies, and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications:

• ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualification, or equivalent.
• Proven experience in financial planning and analysis, with a focus on software industry dynamics and metrics.
• Strong proficiency in financial modelling, forecasting, and analysis tools (e.g., Excel, ERP systems).
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Experience supporting system implementations or enhancements is highly desirable.
• Immediate availability to start and commit to an 18-month fixed-term contract.
