This exciting and fast paced new role will allow you to support with pricing requests and fee proposals with the goal of raising the firm's profitability, realization, and market share whist aligning back to the overall pricing strategy.
The primary responsibilities for the new Pricing Manager will include assisting with the preparation, evaluation and execution of client bid proposals including aspects of model development, data processing, model building through to implementation, pricetesting and performance monitoring.
The Pricing Manager will be an active member and part of the Pricing Improvement Plan team where you will look to implement and improve internal processes whilst maximising overall UK&I recoveries.

DUTIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT EXCLUSIVE TO:
- Building and maintaining robust pricing models to secure new clients whilst achieving our internal targets
- Work closely with client teams to create the bid strategy
- Undertake financial modelling and scenario analysis to support pricing of new deals
- Seeking and identifying opportunities to improve model performance through new analytical techniques
- Monitor firm's adherence to pricing governance and promotion of best practice
- Become a trusted advisor to the business as part of the pricing team
- Support on post completion reviews in relation to matter profitability
- Support development and delivery of pricing related projects
- Assist with the annual rate review
- Other ad hoc project support as required
SKILLS, EXPERIENCE AND ATTRIBUTES REQUIRED:
- Minimum 3 years+ in a similar pricing and/or commercial environment or equivalent
- ACCA or CIMA partqualified or qualified or equivalent
- Educated to degree level preferable
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Proven experience of working with varied and crossfunctional teams, to include IT, HR, Sales and Operation Teams
- Strong Excel and data skills, VBA, Lookups and Pivot tables (to mention a few)
- Power BI and Tableau working knowledge would be an advantage
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders
- Ability to work under pressure and use judgement to provide appropriate response within required timescales
- Strong problemsolving skills common sense approach to solve a range of business problems and to be able to organise, filter and augment data appropriately
- A proven track record of communicating complex issues to business management
- Driven individual, with the passion and energy to continually improve the business
- An ability to effectively plan and prioritise work, with the drive & confidence to work undirected
- An excellent team player, with a positive attitude, great attention to detail and a creative thinker
- Demonstrable appetite to broaden your knowledge and develop your skills
