Knowledge / Skills / Experience:
All training will be provided. We require the candidate to have good organisational skills along with strong verbal and written skills. The candidate must also be confident on the telephone and must be competent in Microsoft Excel and Outlook.

The role is centred around working on our busy Service Desk, answering telephone calls, emails and working with internal and external portals. The successful candidate must have excellent communication skills and be confident talking to a wide variety of Partners, Customers and Suppliers.
