    An exciting opportunity has arisen for candidates to join a growing team at the Institute of Neurological Sciences. The Senior Clinical Fellow in Neurosurgery position in NHS Greater Glasgow & Clyde in a UK-renowned fellowship that provides exceptional training and educational access, alongside widening a trainee's clinical experience and management capabilities.

    There are a number of fellowships available for application from August 2024. They are:

    • NHSGGC Spinal Fellowship
    • NHSGGC Skull Base & Pituitary Fellowship
    • NHSGGC Neuro-oncology Fellowship
    • NHSGGC General Neurosurgery Fellowship (x3)

    The post-holder will be expected to support in the delivery of ward-based and clinic-based activities, as well as supporting the access to theatres to develop a fellows skills. This fellowship is a general neurosurgical fellowship, and the post-holder will be expected to participate in a 16-person trainee rota for the out of hours cover.

    Post-holders will be assigned clinical appraisers who can support the development of the fellows.
