An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced finance professional to join our Finance team.

The Finance Business Partner is responsible for driving the business to achieve its financial and related targets, ensuring compliance with all governance requirements.


Utilising your experience with regard to achievement of financial targets and internal control, your primary activity will be business partnering and driving optimal decisions in the line area to support the delivery of the key business priorities.


You will play a key part in developing plans and actions with the business to achieve strategy through negotiation and knowledge sharing, using insights to advise on decisions to reduce cost, whilst challenging and supporting functional leaders to improve performance and manage risks and opportunities.

Duties will include

  • Leading Planning, Budgeting & Forecasting outcomes
  • Owning the financial strategy behind local plans e.g. a framework around where to invest to achieve the best returns
  • Ensuring all major business decisions are taken with sufficient understanding of their financial consequences
  • Establishing effective internal controls within the business and deliver an adequate overall level of internal control
