Job Description:


With a keen focus on results, we are looking to reach a wider audience of potential pilots to join the academy through brand recognition, digital engagement and PR coverage whilst maintaining our strong brand values and eye catching creative, delivering campaigns that cut through the noise.


Due to growth within the Marketing functions across the group, with plans to expand, we are now looking for a Group Head of Marketing and Corporate Communications to lead the global team.


The Group Head of Marketing and Corporate Communications will be responsible for developing and delivering a fully integrated bespoke marketing strategy for each academy location, raising the market presence of Skyborne across all media channels, whilst maintaining brand identity.


This key role is integral to conveying the correct messaging to Skyborne's B2B and B2C markets to ensure we are considered the Airline Academy and Approved Training Organisation of choice.

Innovation and creative thinking are a must to ensure that Skyborne appeals to a wider audience and is differentiated through quality, safety and professionalism.


Qualifications:


  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal, to deal effectively with internal and external contacts, across all levels.
  • Previous experience leading a marketing function and remote staff.
  • Ability to concentrate and work in a fastpaced environment.
  • Expert knowledge in performance marketing with a proven track record of managing global programmes, across a range of marketing disciplines.
  • Able to inspire, motivate and engage with people.
  • Able to drive initiatives through and resolve obstacles/blockers effectively.
  • Positive in nature, able to both develop and get the best out of those around them.
  • Selfstarter who loves taking ownership of processes and projects.
  • Strategy and planning, with the ability to demonstrate intelligent and forwardthinking approaches.
  • Highly organised, analytical and comfortable presenting at all levels.
  • Ability to think both creatively and commercially.
  • Happy to work at both strategic and operational levels.
  • Readily accepts changes and adjusts accordingly.
