Role – Workforce Planning Manager

Office travel – Hybrid

Location - Oxford

Salary – £50,000 - £60,000 + Benefits

Infinite Talent are working with a leading Logistics Provider to recruit for a Workforce Planning Manager on a permanent basis.

Role Responsibilities:

• Be responsible for the succession planning, recruitment, management, and assessment of learners within our Logistics business. In this role you will:
• Deliver an excellent learning journey to all our learners and enable them to grow and gain the skills, knowledge and experience required.
• Meeting both internal and external stakeholder requirements.
• Monitor and support the learners to ensure they have attained and demonstrated the successful completion of their programmes and conduct regular reviews with both the learners and their depot manager.
• Have line management responsibility for the Learners and proactively manage and coach learner performance and behaviours to achieve timely and quality completion of the programme.

Skills & Experience Required:

• Good management skills, with the ability to develop, implement and deliver projects on time.
• Excellent communication, organisational and interpersonal skills with the ability to liaise effectively at all levels and be able to motivate, not just the learners, but other key stakeholders. Including being able to deliver accurate and timely performance data.
• The ability to mentor and coach learners, encouraging them to strive for continual improvements in quality and performance.
• Good IT knowledge including Word and Excel.
