Our client has been in business for more than 40 years and is a leader in their unique sector. The team is searching for an operations specialist to join them permanently as they continue to expand.

Duties include:

Manage import and export bookings using an inhouse booking log sheet and in collaboration with the Customer Services team
Responsible for accurate hub billing and job costing
Monitor cost leadership for cost of sales
Rate analysis
Report creation, updating, and upkeep
Influence and motivate others in a way that results in acceptance and agreement
Shape conversations to ensure focus and understanding
Capable of making informed decisions and generating practical, timely solutions
Able to communicate openly and confidently
Influence and motivate others in such a way that acceptance and agreement are achieved
Capable of making informed judgements and generating practical, timely solutions
