- Lead a team of 8 engineers in creating, testing, and adding new services to the network.
- Develop and recruit team members to adapt to new technologies and customer needs.
- Assist in introducing new services and technologies, ensuring team understanding.
- Support the service delivery team in defining service capabilities.
- Develop and manage engineering processes.
- 10 years relevant industry experience
- 5 years experience in managing engineering teams
- Strong technical network engineering background
- Currently hold an active SC or DV clearance (Must be happy to obtain DV clearance)
- CCNA/CCNP certified
