Our client is a super impressive international data centre who are looking for additional long-term support within their Service Planning Department.
Our client is looking for tech lovers who always deliver customer service excellence
DUTIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT EXCLUSIVE TO:
Responsibilities:
- Act as the single point of contact for all Customer Service requests
- First escalation point for customers, suppliers and internal teams.
- Receive and dispatch customer maintenance tickets to the Service Operations department
- Deal with problems and manage resolution by involving necessary resources.
- Meet SLAs, resolve escalations and provide reporting.
- Call of and manage suppliers/contractors and respective planned work, quotes, orders and deliveries
- Prioritizing service requests (maintenance and customer).
- Allocating maintenance and customer service requests to the right resources.
- Prevalidate RAMS, raise work permits for contractors, process access and delivery requests.
- Request quotation for parts, process invoices, raise requisitions and Purchase orders for suppliers.
- Manage suppliers' requests and the administration needed to enable suppliers to process orders
- Perform tasks according to the contract SLAs
SKILLS, EXPERIENCE AND ATTRIBUTES REQUIRED:
- Demonstrable experience of strong administration skills
- Strong communication skills
- Excellent organisational skills, good attention to detail, ability to prioritise tasks and adhere to deadlines
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a good Team player
- Keen attention to detail
- Adapt to new systems quickly
- Admin experience (some legal desirable would be desirable but not required)
- Proactive attitude
- Comfortable working in a fastpaced environment
- Demonstrable experience of working within an international B2B company (ideally within the IT or Telecommunications industry)
- Experience in a customer support role where high standards of customer service are expected.
- Experience of ticket management in CRM systems.
- Basic understanding of ITIL methodology.
- An understanding of basic data centre and networking terminology, such as monitoring alarms.
