A fantastic opportunity for a Personnel Logistics Co-ordinator to excel within a busy and dynamic workplace.

This is a permanent role based in Aberdeen, assisting the Operation Manager to coordinate resources and personnel to ensure contracts are carried out to customer specifications.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

Daily personnel and tracking (including agency personnel) and maintenance of project folders
To become familiar with Client personnel logistics requirements and assist the

Operations team in ensuring that these are adhered to at each stage of the project

Manage logistics and travel in an efficient and costeffective manner
Ensuring that offshore personnel have up to date survival and medical certificates and appropriate inoculations / Visa's as required
Ensuring that personnel information is up to date and held in accordance with the Data Protection Act
Maintenance of offshore personnel CV's and training records
Promotion of company HSEQ procedures and assistance in their development / maintenance as required
On a rota basis, where required to deal with any issues that arise out of hours, whilst on duty.

REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS

Sound knowledge and understanding of organisational requirements
Ability to make decisions and communicate effectively with all levels of personnel
Good interpersonal and organisational skills
Ability to complete and finish tasks
Use of Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel
Maintain personnel and equipment records required for invoicing
Liaise effectively with client, company management and all levels of personnel
Promotion of company procedures and assistance in development / maintenance of new and existing systems as required
