A fantastic opportunity for a Personnel Logistics Co-ordinator to excel within a busy and dynamic workplace.

This is a permanent role based in Aberdeen, assisting the Operation Manager to coordinate resources and personnel to ensure contracts are carried out to customer specifications.


MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • Daily personnel and tracking (including agency personnel) and maintenance of project folders
  • To become familiar with Client personnel logistics requirements and assist the
Operations team in ensuring that these are adhered to at each stage of the project

  • Manage logistics and travel in an efficient and costeffective manner
  • Ensuring that offshore personnel have up to date survival and medical certificates and appropriate inoculations / Visa's as required
  • Ensuring that personnel information is up to date and held in accordance with the Data Protection Act
  • Maintenance of offshore personnel CV's and training records
  • Promotion of company HSEQ procedures and assistance in their development / maintenance as required
  • On a rota basis, where required to deal with any issues that arise out of hours, whilst on duty.

REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS

  • Sound knowledge and understanding of organisational requirements
  • Ability to make decisions and communicate effectively with all levels of personnel
  • Good interpersonal and organisational skills
  • Ability to complete and finish tasks
  • Use of Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel
  • Maintain personnel and equipment records required for invoicing
  • Liaise effectively with client, company management and all levels of personnel
  • Promotion of company procedures and assistance in development / maintenance of new and existing systems as required
