House Manager - Kensington

We are looking for an experienced and capable House Manager to oversee the running of this large 5 storey house (with lift) for this extremely likeable and busy family.

The couple have two children, Housekeeper, chef, Private PA an Executive Assistant whoare kept very busy.

In charge of the maintenance and running of the house, renovation, repair & dealing with trades when required.

Managing budgets for the household and dealing with all external trades who supply the house with IT, AV and security systems etc.

All recruitment matters for the household including temporary staff when required. Deal with all contracts, holiday and sicknessleave. Dealing with rotas and any matters that arise with the staff

Dealing with the Principal's cars maintenance and valeting when needed.

The Principal will be extending his property interests by purchasing a major estate next year so the role will expand.

Flexibility is key in this role and you will not have the same two days off each week and occasionally work week-ends also.
