A vacancy has become available for the role of Service Delivery Coordinator within the IM&T Department located at Nottingham Divisional HQ, Beechdale Road.


To support the delivery of the highest possible standard of IM&T service provision to the Trust this post will lead on the management of all IM&T software and technology related hardware from procurement through the life of the asset to its disposal.

The post will work closely with the IM&T Senior Business Relationship Manager to provide co-ordination support to the team.


Develop, implement, manage and maintain robust processes for procurement, stock (asset) and request management in accordance with Service Management best practice, and which will include an annual review.


Be the lead for IM&T procurement working closely with suppliers, Trust Procurement, Contracts and Finance teams ensuring all IT supplies and services are procured at cost effective levels and that invoicing and payment follows Trust financial standards.

Manage and maintain the procurement database ensuring all information is accurate and up to date.


Be the lead for IM&T stock management working closely with the wider IM&T department to ensure all software and hardware asset & configuration items are monitored and managed throughout their lifecycle.


Have responsibility for managing asset depreciation, providing forecasts for replacement programs, refreshes and renewals which will include identifying new products, costings and coordinating the testing and introduction of new models.

Act as the point of contact for the mobile telephony contracts.

This will include the allocation and management of devices and numbers (assets), attending the supplier service reviews, managing and responding to queries from both within the organisation and with the supplier as well as identifying cost improvements to ensure best value is achieved by analysing data usage.

Be the Service Delivery team lead for document/knowledge management.

Direct line management responsibility for Request Fulfilment Analyst, including all aspects of personnel support such as completion of appraisals, sickness monitoring, grievances and performance.

Including the ability to cover the Request Fulfilment Analyst role for all absences.

Act as the lead for the governance of all Service Delivery processes and procedures. This will include reviewing suitability and that renewal dates are met through the use of the IM&T document library.
