About our client
Our client is a leading international private equity and debt investment group. It counts many of the world's leading institutions among its investor base and is well-regarded for its success.

The expanding London team is looking for an analytically-mindedand commercial Investor Relations professional to focus on its private equity, debt and growth products.

This is a high-calibre team that comprises technically-minded professionals; it mirrors the investment team and is held with the same regard.

What the job involves:

Develop fund marketing materials for fundraising, roadshows, AGMs and ad hoc investor communications i.e. PPMs, DDQs, case studies etc.
Production and analysis of fund performance and portfolio company data for use in highquality quarterly reports
Produce market research, competitor analysis and presentations for internal strategic meetings
Prepare materials for investor events such as annual investor meetings, advisory board meetings and other investor events
Work closely with internal teams to deliver effective client relations services

Who we are looking for:

Educated to degree level from a leading institution with strong academic background
A background in financial services either in investment banking, consulting, transaction services, corporate finance or experience in a placement agent / IR
Technically minded and comfortable understanding financial / performance terminology. Understanding of financial modelling would be beneficial
Proficient command of English both verbal and written. Demonstrable ability to transform financial performance details into investorfriendly messages
Familiarity or interest in private equity is a must
