We are looking for a Team Leader to be part of a fast growing Oxford based Biotech who will have the opportunity to influence strategy, lead a team of world class scientists and have a measurable impact on drug development for devastating Immunological diseases.

In this role you will be using cutting-edge technologies and will have the opportunity to learn about non-coding genomic based drug discovery. The work will be challenging and you will likely be at the helm of novel lab based discoveries.
