- A hands-on recruitment position with the main objective of developing the ERP market in the Nordics
- Develop client relationships with both new & existing clients across niche technical markets using business development techniques/skills
- Compose quality, well-written content for job advertisements, email marketing & internal training material
- Host tech webinars, round table events and attend sponsored tech events
- Lead by example to less experienced consultants with consistent billings & regularly promoting best practices
- Successful proven experience as a Contract Agency Recruiter and experience with ERP is highly advantageous
- History of developing new & existing client relationships
- Have experience with mentoring junior consultants
- Excellent consultative communication skills
- Strong sales and negotiation skills

We are now on the lookout for a Senior Recruitment Consultant - Contracts (ERP). With regular fees in the region of £15,000 - £40,000 and commission paying up to 50%, our consultants are able to significantly enhance their earning potential by recruiting for some of the most in-demand technical skills in the world
