    Conveyancing AssistantJob DescriptionA highly professional Law firm is seeking a motivated and organised Conveyancing Assistant to join their expanding team.

    The successful candidate will support the Head of Department and a team of Solicitors and Conveyancing professionals with administrative support to ensure the delivery of excellent client care from inception to completion of their property transactions.

    ResponsibilitiesPreparing quotesDealing with straight forward enquiriesDiary managementPreparing documents for each stage of the property transaction when required to do so by the file handlerCarrying out various requests from the file handlers in order to assist them with the running of the transaction.

    Taking calls, transferring through to the relevant file handler or taking messagesRequirementsPrevious experience of working within a conveyancing departmentExcellent communication and literacy skillsFlexible attitude to workExcellent organisational skillsThe ability to work independentlyExcellent time management skillsExperience of using Microsoft Office packages and case management systemOpportunityThis role creates an opportunity for the right person to grow and make the role their own.
