Job Summary:
Responsibilities:
- Coordinating maintenance schedules and ensuring timely completion of tasks.
- Managing client communications, inquiries, and feedback.
- Assisting with procurement of supplies and equipment for maintenance projects.
- Handling administrative tasks such as invoicing, billing, and record-keeping.
- Conducting research on industry trends, competitors, and potential clients.
- Assisting in the development of marketing materials and promotional strategies.
- Supporting team members with project planning and execution.
- Liaising with contractors, vendors, and government agencies as needed.
- Organizing and attending meetings, quotes, and following up on action items.
- Performing clerical tasks such as data entry, filing, and organizing documents.
These tasks encompass the essential responsibilities of a Business Assistant, ensuring efficient operation and management of both administrative and operational aspects of the business.
