Portfolio Manager – Real Estate - FTC
I'm working closely with a global real estate investment manager to help them find an interim Portfolio Manager to cover parental leave for circa nine months. Starting in May/June.
This role covers a £1.2bn book covering four portfolios with a diversified sector exposure.
Excellent compensation including a completion bonus.
The firm has an excellent reputation and wouldn't necessarily want to lose a good contractor should they make themselves indispensable.
