    Migration Project Manager – Cheetah programmeLocation: Hybrid - London Package: Negotiable + Benefits You'll be managing multiple migration projects in parallel.

    The scope of the migrations will vary in detail but will broadly cover network, applications, M365, Files/Sharepoint and Telephony.

    You'll work with Business teams to ensure engagement in testing, training and communication and bet the main point of contact for those teams during the migration process.

    You'll work with internal and external teams technical teams to agree migration timelines and deliverables.
    You'll work with the wider Migration programme team to report progress and escalate risks and issues when necessary.

    You'll need to travel to sites throughout the UK as and when needed and weekend work will be required, sometimes on site, for implementations.


    The day to day:


    Ensure all migration projects are delivered on timeManage the migration runbook to track project progress and highlight any slippages of concern.

    Coordinate with internal and external parties for the flawless execution of projectsBuild and maintain strong relationships with key business and programme stakeholdersMeasure project performance using appropriate project management toolsManage risks and issues.

    Report and escalate to programme management as and when neededCreate and maintain a comprehensive project documentationAbout you:
    Demonstrable experience gained in project management of technical migration project that involves both Business stakeholder and technical teams engagement.
    Proven ability to solve problems creativelyStrong familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practicesExcellent analytical skillsStrong interpersonal skills, to motivate and lead the project team, along with sound communication/negotiation skills to lead stakeholder engagement and manage expectationsProven ability to complete projects according to outlined scope, budget, and timelineExcellent organisation skills, to plan the use of people and resources to meet deadlinesThe ability to use initiative and make sound decisions under pressureHigh level of professionalismAbility to work within a professional fast-paced, results driven environment The rewards:A collaborative, open and honest environment that is designed to deliver the best outcomes to our clients and staff
