    Specializing in Financial Planning & Analysis, this role offers the opportunit y to drive better business partnering and bring key insights to our leaders .

    This role could support the Commercial, Corporate or Tech team based on prior experience.

    Youll focus on develop ing business and financial reports, tracking against budget, and ad-hoc strategic analysis to help business partners.

    We are a growing Finance team continuing to think strategically and look for opportunities to deliver more value. Partner with business on the development and communication of the budget and forecast, financial reporting, operational analysis and executive reviews for Budget, Forecast, and Actuals
    Create, enhance, and manage financial models to increase budgeting and forecasting accuracy
    Serve as a Subject Matter Expert to complex business performance issues to define and execute action plans
    Accountable for the quality and delivery of financial information
    Interpret and evaluate monthly business trends, including budget variance of financial results and Key Performance Indicators to identify areas of risk and opportunities and provide recommendations
    Assess the impact of strategic financial decisions and present recommendations to leadership
    A CA/ ACCA/ CIMA qualified or equivalent
    Prior experience and an advanced understanding of corporate financial planning, reporting & analysis , accounting processes, and SaaS KPIs
    Strong Excel skills with demonstrated ability to build intuitive financial models
    Demonstrated in depth understanding of common business and cost drivers, financial statement analysis, and deep-dive analysis
    Knowledge of FASB and SEC requirements, Generally Accepted Accounting Principles, tax reporting and accounting practices and International Financial Reporting
    Demonstrated experience in continuous improvement initiatives, root cause analysis and project management
    A masters in business administration , Accounting, Finance, or Economics
    Proficiency in Essbase, Smart View, Hyperion Planning, and Hyperion Strategic Finance

    Location:
    Hybrid 2 days per week in the office
    25 days annual leave, 4 days for volunteering and a personal day
