£75k DOE**
Our client is a fast-growing company in the Hospitality sector.

The Head of Sales work closely with the operations and marketing teams and will be responsible for driving sales across multiple venues across the UK.



Responsibilties

  • Take full ownership of the sales model across the UK from lead generation through to completion.
  • Partake in the recruitment process and training of the sales teams.
  • Accurately forecast revenue and effectively plan the strategy.
  • Accurately report all sales and participate in leadership meetings.
  • Manage third party CRM systems.
  • Much more

About you:


  • Previous experience at this level in a £20m+ revenue business.
  • Experience in hospitality sales (restaurant/hotel/entertainment)
  • A great motivator and leader of highperforming sales teams.
  • Great with systems and CRM platforms.
  • Bachelors degree or equivalent.
