Sheridan Maine is delighted to represent an esteemed organisation based near Weymouth, that is seeking a dynamic and experienced Finance Manager to join its team.

Your responsibilities as the Finance Manager will include:

• Manage the development of all regular commercial finance and management reporting activities.
• Prepare month end accounts and manage the month end process.
• Manage and coordinate the yearly Budget and quarterly Forecast process.
• Oversee the preparation and consolidation of the monthly management accounts pack ensuring relevant outputs and analysis.
• Collaborate with and support internal stakeholders to drive financial performance and efficiency.
• Collaborate across departments to ensure all reporting to senior leadership is aligned, accurate and insightful.
• Collaborate with Operations team to manage cash flow, investments, and financial risk.
• Partner with Supply Chain Operations to manage trading costs effectively.
• Manage, coach and develop team members.

To be considered for the role of Finance Manager, you will require:

• Qualified Professional (CIMA /ACCA).
• Good understanding of commercial finance and operational metrics.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience and ability in building strong working relationships with all key stakeholders.
