    What you will do:

    Coordinate and drive the execution of the strategic planning activities:

    oSales target orchestration

    oCustomer/Account segmentation management

    oMarket, Industry and Competitive Landscape analysis

    oDeployment model efficiency monitoring

    oTransformation program KPI, impact and outcomes analysis

    Work closely with the Business Intelligence/Data Management, Sales Ops, Finance and Process and Tools teams to execute the strategic planning activities, reporting and related processes.

    Provide management with regular/adhoc reports and analysis on business planning results/outcomes

    Manage and coordinate the Sales Risk Management framework.

    Orchestrate and consolidate the operating reports for the Commercial review cadence

    Ideal candidate will be a hands-on self-starter who is comfortable with ambiguity, can anticipate business needs, and can generate creative solutions while balancing constraints.

    What we are looking for

    ·5+ years' work experience in multi-national, matrixed, Technology organizations

    ·Inclusive minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in a business planning role in Technology: SaaS or Cloud Service Provider; Partner Channels and/or IT Services organizations

    ·Knowledge of industry and business principles related to sales process and key performance indicators

    ·Strong organization and action orientation

    ·Independent problem-solving skills and business analysis

    ·Cross-functional collaboration skills to influence and interact with Sales Operations, and function teams, etc.

    ·Proven experience with business planning, reporting software – Expert level in Excel

    ·Strong written and presentation development skills for Executive Communication

    ·Strong prioritization skills, driving multiple activities simultaneously

    ·Ability to operate and adapt successfully in a lean, fast-paced environment

    ·Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics or similar fields
