    Role Requirements - Recruitment:
    • Supporting the people team with the employee life cycle.
    • Supporting the Venues with recruitment and employee onboarding.
    • Generating job postings for all venues across the UK
    • Full management of internal and external recruitment platforms
    • Assisting in all internal and external recruitment processes
    Additional Responsibility -
    • Supporting the HR Manager in all Employee Relation quires in a timely and diligent manner.
    • Full management of internal HR platform and HR Systems
    • Supporting the operations team with all admin and the generation of all people and operational reports weekly and monthly.
    • Supporting the people team in all projects either Ad Hoc or planned.
    • Assisting the people team with all reactive and planned ER cases - Absence tracking and recording, disciplinary meeting notes, probation reviews and employee 121's.
    Experience required:recruitment and HR Experience desirable but not essential as training will be provided.Operational background essential preferable Hospitality, retail or a customer facing role.Must be open to new ways of working and working within a fast paced environment.Eye for detail key as all admin and reporting must be diligent and to a high standard.
