Due to continuous growth year on year, my client are looking to recruit an experienced and high performing Senior Recruitment Consultant that specialises in temporary & contract recruitment based in Swindon.

They are a boutique recruitment agency specialising in finding high-calibre individuals to solve our clients' global hiring needs. They are seeking an money motivated, commercially-aware and articulate Senior 360 Recruitment Consultant to join their driven, vibrant team.


Responsibilities and duties


Setting up a cold desk, a competent Senior Recruiter - you will be a proficient communicator with excellent interaction skills, with the ability to maintain existing relationships and establish new clients within chosen sectors You will thrive in this role/environment if you possess the following: Experience of meeting and beating targets Proven track record of developing business with new and existing clients A strong interest in building relationships Strong communication skills Excellent interpersonal and time management skills Self-motivation A desire to achieve success We are looking for someone tenacious to bring in new business and beat the competition Therefore, a competitive nature and a strong background in business development is a must.


Skill set required:

  • Demonstrate you have good communication skills both written and oral
Be a hard worker with strong interpersonal skills

A thorough understanding of the recruitment process

You will have the drive and energy to build a desk from scratch, to take it to next level and be results driven

A self-starter with exceptional organisational skills and strong attention to detail.

Critical thinker and problem-solving skills

Good interpersonal, presentation and communication skills

Team player

Good time-management skills

Min 3 years experience and demonstrated high billing

Up to £35,000.00 per year
