- Oversee the production of all food services to ensure they meet agreed client and Sodexo standards.
- Lead by example, ensuring compliance with health and safety, food safety, and company policies, while actively monitoring equipment and food service quality.
- Motivate and manage the catering team, driving the margin by adhering to prescribed recipes and innovating food services.
- Implement marketing initiatives and maintain high levels of customer service and engagement through proactive floor presence during service times.
- Conduct regular audits of catering compliance, manage equipment maintenance, and ensure the safety and security of all operations.
- A passion for cooking and food service innovation, with excellent culinary skills.
- Strong leadership capabilities with the ability to inspire and develop a catering team.
- Comprehensive knowledge of PPDS, allergen laws, COSHH, and HACCP, with relevant catering qualifications (706/1/2, NVQ, or equivalent).
- Excellent communication skills and a minimum of 7 years of catering experience, preferably in a leadership role.
