    Due to internal promotion, we are currently looking to recruit passionate Junior Account Executive to join us on a permanent, full-time basis at our Sales & Distribution division in Banbury.

    We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Junior Account Executive to join our sales team. As a Junior Account Executive, you will play a key role in supporting our sales efforts and maintaining strong relationships with our clients. You will work closely with senior account managers to learn about our products/services, understand client needs, and contribute to achieving sales targets.

    Responsibilities:

    1. Assist senior account managers in managing client accounts and relationships.

    2. Communicate with clients via phone, email, and in-person meetings to understand their needs and provide solutions.

    3. Prepare sales proposals, presentations, and contracts under the guidance of senior account managers.

    4. Collaborate with internal teams such as marketing, customer service, and product development to ensure client satisfaction and retention.

    5. Track sales activities, update client information in the CRM system, and generate sales reports.

    6. Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and industry events to expand knowledge and skills.

    7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.

    8. Assist in identifying new business opportunities and potential clients.

    9. Support the overall sales team in achieving departmental goals and objectives.

    Requirements:

    2. Previous experience in sales, customer service, or account management is preferred but not required.

    3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

    4. Strong organisational and time management abilities.

    5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

    6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
