It's an exciting time to join the Learning and Development team here at AXA Partners, with significant investment planned to transform, deliver new digital services to our customers and streamline and automate our business processes.

To help us build our capability, we are recruiting a
Training Coordinator to join our L&D team.


It is an amazing opportunity for a junior Trainer to start their career within L&D, build a L&D profile, deliver training and support the Travel Department with their training needs.

As a key trainer, you'll be responsible for the learning and development of the operational teams. You'll identify training needs, design and deliver a solution which provide both a return and value and investment. You'll also maintain Training & Coaching administration & records on Yes Learn.

2 days at home and
3 days in our Redhill offices in Surrey to give you that extra work life balance.


What you'll be doing:


  • Coordinate and deliver technical training induction programmes, continuation training and coaching to meet individual &/or business needs.
  • All training & coaching events and sessions are evaluated.
  • Record and maintain all training & coaching events and sessions to ensure employee records are updated correctly and reflect all training and coaching conducted.
  • Ensure all L&D & QA Data is processed and stored in line with Compliance and GDPR.
  • Create and send out L&D & QA reports, ensuring they are accurate, completed and produced by the agreed deadline.
  • Work closely with operational managers to identify training needs and learning solutions are put in place to drive improvement.
  • Support internal training events including logistics, attendees, resources and equipment as required to achieve efficient training attendance and delivery.
  • Creation and maintenance of all training activities and materials, to ensure they are current and up to date with the relevant organisation and statutory policies and fully support the AXA brand.
  • Utilise training evaluation data to redesign and improve training materials and delivery methods.
  • Build good working relationships with key stakeholders, line managers, HR and Learning and Development team to ensure that all training activity is fit for purpose and delivered to meet the needs of the business.

Qualifications:


What You'll Need:


  • Ideally technical knowledge of LMS and Storyline 2 and storyboarding.
  • Ability to build relationships and establish professional credibility quickly. Be an advocate of change.
  • Ability to work as an individual and manage/prioritise workload effectively, including excellent organisational and time management skills.
  • Willingness to be adaptable to business needs, including possibly working at weekends or evenings occasionally in order to deliver training to shift staff.
  • Good wellrounded IT skills, including Word, Excel & PowerPoint.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Willingness to take the initiative to solve problems, find solutions and achieve consensus.
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills across a broad spectrum of people.
  • Able to provide feedback effectively, being clear, concise, tactful and sensitive.
