Job Description:

This role is based in Worcester site working in Logistics department: Goods-in and Material flow department, working annualised hours. More information can be provided at interview.


To ensure operational processes are being adhered to and standards are being followed whilst supporting implementation of new processes through a focus on continuous improvement.

Reporting directly to the Team leader you will be primarily focused on internal processes, and you will work closely with other departments such as Manufacturing and Quality etc.


KEY DELIVERABLES:

  • Ensure process standards are being followed in the daytoday operations
  • Logging and management of deviations using Daily Leadership and Bosch Production Systems tools
  • Writing and training of standards including confirmation to standards
  • Supporting/leading Bosch processes and audits
  • Leading and supporting problem solving
  • Acting as a deputy for the Team leader

Qualifications:


  • Demonstrates strong and confident leadership and presentation skills
  • Effective communicator to individuals and teams, strong verbal and written
  • Competent Microsoft Office user
  • Analytical mindset
  • Customer focussed and goal oriented with regard to business Key Performance Indicator's
  • A natural relationship builder
  • Flexible approach to work
