We require a Production Operative for our busy animal feeds production plant, near Banbury, Oxfordshire. Following training, there is the prospect of the role progressing to a Shift Leader position.Production Operative

This Production Operative role is an opportunity for someone with drive and good communication skills to work within a team to further their skill-set within a long-standing, well established and profitable business.
The job will encompass working as part of a team, within the production plant, dealing with both raw and finished products; understanding the production process; the use of the Company's production computer system; maintenance of the production plant andworking within the guidelines of the Company's Quality and Health & Safety systems.
About you:
The right applicant needs to be computer literate and should hold a full car licence. A FLT / loading shovel licence is also required, although training can be given.
Working hours:
Our production plant works on the following range of shifts:
6:45am-3pm, 2:45pm-11pm, 10:45pm-7am
6:45am-7pm / 6:45pm-7am

We manufacture both commodity and bespoke products, predominantly focussed on the pig andpoultry sector, but also to the equine market.
