City Site Solutions are looking for an experienced Site Manager for a residential refurbishment in Leytonstone.

6 Month project with the potential to move onto another project

Overseeing the workforce making sure to report progress to management

Adhering to H&S at all times

Working from drawings to make sure all trades are working to spec

Passive haus experience preferred but not essential

Multiple languages, Russian, Lithuanian, Ukranian would be helpful but again not essential

SMSTS, Gold CSCS and First Aid needed
