Technical Records Assistant is responsible for ensuring that all aircraft technical data is filed and stored correctly in accordance with
-
Civil Aviation Authority (CAA) and

Working with aircraft flight logs and maintenance records, this job ensures that with the accurate storage of all data, it is assisting with its use in improving the performance and reliability of the
You will scan and index paper records and liaise closely with the storage facility to file or retrieve information as necessary, maintaining a consistent index model so that all archived data is in the same format and location.

This is a part-time position working 20 hours per week.
-
Excellent time management skills, evidenced by your
ability to manage and record large amounts of data quickly and accurately.

You will have the ability to work to deadlines and have experience of task planning, ideally within a records department.
Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.
