    The Role

    We having a fantastic opportunity for a talented Broking Manager to join our growing team.

    This is the perfect role for someone to build and maintain strong relationships and develop strategic partnerships with our clients. This person will be joining our relatively new service line and will have the opportunity to have a direct impact on the future of the business. ​

    We are looking for someone who is ambitious and keen to build out a Broking team. This role is ideal for someone wanting to join a business at a time of accelerated growth and provides ample opportunities for progression.

    You will be working on cross class commercial insurance including Property, Commercial Combined, PI, D&O, Office, Engineering, Legal Indemnities & Fleet.

    What You'll Be Doing?

    • Building and maintaining strong relationships and develop strategic partnerships with key insurers whilst negotiating to achieve the top terms and provide a first-class service for clients​
    • Act as the main point of contact for offering technical expertise and providing appropriate advice for internal client servicing teams​
    • Provide recommendations and guidance on placement strategy, programme structure and market conditions including presenting to clients when required​
    • Adequately record all quotations received and advise the relevant teams of the conditions​
    • Attend client and insurer meetings​
    • Build strong relationships with insurers and actively seek feedback in order to improve our service on an ongoing basis​
    • Contribute to risk management strategy with both clients and insurers​

    Who We'd Love To Hear From

    • Cross-class insurance experience ​
    • Commercial knowledge​
    • Corporate experience​
    • Qualified Cert CII, working towards ACII​
    • Experience with Acturis (preferred)
