    One of the UK's most inspiring and best-known faith-based organisations is looking for an Recruitment Administrator to join our Recruitment Team. Please note; within the Salvation Army, the Recruitment Administrator is known as Recruitment Assistant.

    In this role you will provide a wide range of administrative support to the Recruitment Team, under the direction of the Recruitment Managers and Advisors, to enhance the smooth running of the In-House Recruitment Service.

    To be successful in the role you will have;

  • Strong previous experience of working successfully in a similar administrator role in a busy and complex work environment
  • The ability to use your initiative, plan, organise and prioritise your tasks to effectively meet your objectives to the expected quality standards and time scales
  • We're excited to be building a new headquarters at Denmark Hill SE5, that we expect to be ready from late summer . Our new HQ will be a cost-effective, modern building designed to better support our local mission around the UK and Ireland and providing a welcoming and engaging environment for our staff and visitors.
