Our client, a highly successful organization in Tyseley, is seeking a dynamic Accounts Administrator to join their team on a permanent, full-time basis.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handling customer queries with professionalism and efficiency
  • Updating spreadsheets accurately and in a timely manner
  • Issuing and sending out invoices promptly
  • Recording financial transactions with precision
  • Taking and relaying messages effectively
  • Providing comprehensive administrative support to the Accounts Manager
  • Depositing funds into the company's bank accounts
  • Managing daytoday financial accounts tasks
