Key Responsibilities:
- Handling customer queries with professionalism and efficiency
- Updating spreadsheets accurately and in a timely manner
- Issuing and sending out invoices promptly
- Recording financial transactions with precision
- Taking and relaying messages effectively
- Providing comprehensive administrative support to the Accounts Manager
- Depositing funds into the company's bank accounts
- Managing daytoday financial accounts tasks
