The role will suit an experienced administrator who is looking for an opportunity to help establish and develop new provision.

The Role:

Responsibilities:

  • You will act as a key contact for NHS England, reporting on a variety of data as well as being the primary contact between the various regional hubs, establishing key communication streams with other universities, national and regional directors and NHS trusts.
  • The support you offer both staff and students will be integral to the success of this project and ensure the academy is successfully established and embedded.
  • You will be at the forefront of developing new administrative processes and procedures to ensure this provision is seamlessly supported from enrolment to completion.

  • You will have the ability to work on your own initiative for role specific objectives and as part of a wider team to support the College and link into key events in the student lifecycle as the provision grows.
  • You will be educated to degree level (or equivalent experience) coupled with proven administrative, IT and customer service experience within a complex environment.
  • You'll need to have excellent IT skills (Word, Excel and PowerPoint). And whilst it's not essential, any experience of budgetary administration and monitoring of spend would be advantageous.
