Guided Solutions has been retained to run the search for a Production Director who will join their UK team.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a difference by overseeing company operations to ensure operational and production efficiency, supply chain, new product development, organisational development, and cost-effective management of resources.

You will be responsible for making sure the business meets or exceeds quality standards including FDA and ISO compliance. Additionally, you will champion and drive forward the strategy and product roadmap.

Please note the role requires 5 days per week on-site

Key experience and skills required:

Strong Medical device manufacturing experience is a must

Experience in an international matrix business organisation

Proven ability to motivate teams and simultaneously manage several projects.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Excellent quantitative and analytical skills.

Exceptional organisational skills.

Ability to prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Ability to identify new product and market opportunities and develop those opportunities.

Has the skillset to promote company both internally and externally.
