Description
The job will involve looking after a project from point of award, producing construction drawings for all elements agreed with the project manager for both workshop and client design team.
- Needs to be proficient with Excel/Word, to produce drawing issue sheets, labelling batches and dates of submission, updating with revision drawings
- Eye for detail is essential majority of drawings will be for bespoke items in prestigious venues.
- Experience in working with, maintaining and improving our in house CNC manufacturing process.
Essential requirements:
- Experience working on AUTOCAD / Solidworks / Vcarve / Other 3D drawing software
- Use of Microsoft (Outlook, Word & Excel)
- Strong work ethic
- Ability to work in a high paced environment
- Ability to work to project deadlines
- Eye for detail in high pressure situations
Preferred:
- Experience working within museum, exhibition and retail sectors
- Experience of reading construction drawings
- Joinery/carpentry background
- Experience with CNC software, drawing/nesting for CNC machine.
Salary:
From £30,000.00 per year
