Cumbria, Northumberland, Tyne and wear (CNTW) NHS Foundation TrustAn admin vacancy has arisen within the Universal Crisis Team based at St Georges Hospital, Morpeth. This is a permanent full-time Band 3 Admin Officer role supporting all pathways of the clinical team
The post holder will join the admin team to provide a proactive, comprehensive service which will include handling telephone queries, processing referrals, arranging clinics and meetings, processing/typing/ checking documentation, occasional audio transcription, as well as other ad hoc office tasks such as processing mail, photocopying, binding, laminating, etc

CNTW NHS Foundation Trust will not provide sponsorship for this role.A good understanding of the RIO system (training will be given)
A good knowledge of Microsoft Word/Office packages
RSA Level 2 or equivalent
NVQ Level 3 in Business Administration
Office experience of 1 year minimum
