    Part and Full-Time Pension Administrators and Senior Pension Administrators

    Locations: Birmingham, Bristol, Edinburgh, Glasgow, Leeds, Liverpool, London Manchester, Reading, Sheffield, Surrey (numerous locations) fully remote opportunities.

    Salary up to £40,000 + Bonus + Benefits depending on experience.

    Pension Administrators will be responsible for administering a defined set of pensions processes (member events and scheme events) for clients.

    Daily requirements:

    · Accurately processing transactions and queries by following procedures correctly and meeting agreed deadlines.

    · Setting up new members on the administration system.

    · Dealing with general queries from members/employer/Trustee/other third parties by telephone, email and letter.

    · Meeting Clients' requirements.

    · Achieving team and individual targets (KPIs, SLAs, quality targets).

    · Assisting, drafting, reviewing and presenting of projects.

    · Reviewing and updating procedures and documentation.

    · Maintaining required levels of technical knowledge.

    · Building strong relationships with client teams, client representatives and third-party providers.

    · Actively participate in team meetings and collaborate with colleagues from other domains, client teams and business areas globally.

    Addition Senior requirements:

    · Assists with management, including checking system and non-system calculations and output performed by team members.

    · Undertakes training with less experienced administrators.

    · Acts as a point of reference on technical issues and non-standard cases.

    · Identifies Risk Events and raises these with the Team Leader so as to mitigate risk (financial, reputation and regulatory)

    · Works with the Team Leader to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs e.g. by identifying opportunities for automation of calculations and full use of standard products.

    About you:

    · Experience working in pensions operations and pensions administration in the UK.

    · Experience of working in a client relationship focused environment.

    · Up to date knowledge of legislation relating to both DB and DC pension arrangements.

    · Manual DB calculation experience.

    · Team player with excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

    · Strong analytical skills and be proficient in MS Office (especially Excel) and also ideally have knowledge of other Pensions Administration systems.
