Aquilo recruitment are working in partnership with A market leading business who are looking to add new technical/customer service advisors for a new project in the business & a very exciting time to be part of something new - due to growth there will beopportunities to progress long term in this role, and to deal with more technical enquiries

Working hours Monday to Friday - parking on site and excellent benefits.

These roles are crucial to ensure that we are able to offer a professional and 'best in class' service to our customers as we continue to expand our sustainable portfolio.

Job holders will be ambassadors for the company dealing with heat pump technical enquiriesfrom installers and service engineers. They will be expected to promote service excellence at all times.

The job holders will be expected to:

Handle inbound and outbound calls from installers and service engineers
Ensuring that calls are taken effectively and efficiently, providing a positive customer experience, placing the customer first
Using listening and questioning skills to provide the optimum level of service and technical resolution
Continually build and contribute to technical support material and guides.
Taking full ownership of the call from start to finish, using troubleshooting skills
Recording data accurately on the system
Support the wider members of the team and internal customers in order to further improve the customer experience.
