My client who is based in central Southampton is looking for a Legal Secretary to join them on a permanent basis.

My client is a well established law firm based in Southampton.
Description
As the Legal Secretary you will be responsible for:
- Supporting fee earners with administrative tasks
- Taking responsibility for all travel and diary management ensuring the fee earners have everything required for their meetings
- File management tasks to ensure full compliance with practices including, Lexcel, Code of Conduct, and antiMoney Laundering
- Producing and amending precedent letters and Housestyle documents (including dictation)
- Responding to queries from clients and other stakeholders on behalf of your fee earners, ensuring excellent and clear communication at all times
Profile
In order to be considered for the role you will:
- Have previously worked as a Legal Secretary
- Have strong written and verbal communication skills
- Be well organised and able to prioritise
- Ideally be able to work in the office full time
