    Infrastructure & Operations Manager – 12 months contract – Remote/hybrid (Work from the office in Maidenhead 1-2 times per month)

    Overview:
    Leads the Productivity and Collaboration Centre of Excellence which is part of the Digital Workplace.

    Partnering with I&T functions and the rest of the business to develop collaboration products and solutions that follow the appropriate governance and best practices.

    Establishes and manages a flexible pool of third party resources.

    By forging strong relationships across the entire business, they will promote and partner with colleagues to build a collaborative and productive workplace and workforce.

    Drive and manage change for enhancements to existing technologies and provide consultation and resource for larger I&T strategic priorities within the Digital Workplace collaboration and productivity area and impacting technologies, including:

    Delivery of solutions that are identified within the Digital workplace programChampion Digital Workplace Services standards in business-led projectsProvide oversight to prototypes, proof of concepts, or full product deploymentsProvide regular updates to the business/stakeholders on status of projects/changesProvide feedback to ensure continuous improvement on change/project frameworkEnsure that the infrastructure team (including non-employees) are trained and complying with the appropriate regulatory guidelines (e.g.

    cGMP), global I&T procedures, I&T standards, I&T practices and Computer Systems Validation methodology as defined by QMS (global I&T Quality Management System)


    Represent Director, Workplace Experience Delivery in meetings and forums where Infrastructure Experience is involved or relevantParticipate and contribute to the Infra Experience initiatives and projects, and take the lead when required or assigned by Director, Workplace Experience DeliveryAct as the accountable delivery lead for the DWS BAU projects that have a significant impact on the colleague experience and satisfactionMust have:8+ years of relevant IT experience including specific experiencePharmaceutical/Biotech or similarly regulated environment experience is preferred.

    Deep understanding of and practical experience in Microsoft Collaboration and productivity tools, including but not limited to:
    Teams; OneDrive; Stream; Delve; Power Platform and other third party tools that supplement e.g.

    Nintex, ShareGateDeep experience creating business solutions based on Microsoft 365 platform development, including:
    Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, SharePointComputer literacy with Microsoft Office products, such as Project, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Excel, and Visio Knowledgeable with all aspects of the SDLC (Systems Development Life Cycle) and agile methodologies Experience of a highly regulated IT environment or good documentation culture, including formal change management processes ITIL qualified, or equivalent knowledge gained through work experienceEducation:Bachelor's degree or equivalent; education preferably concentrated in IT, Engineering or Science; Master degree or post graduate coursework is preferred
