    Reporting to the EMEA Director, the Senior Accounts Manager will spearhead client relationships and their small or large-scale events, ensuring their satisfaction, facilitating growth and maximising revenue. This individual will collaborate with internal teams, overseeing multiple accounts and ensuring we consistently deliver exemplary and quality results.

    Core Responsibilities:

    Client Management:

    • Develop and nurture strong, enduring client relationships by consistently understanding and addressing their evolving needs and objectives
    • Align our suite of services with client goals, ensuring optimal satisfaction and value delivery

    Project Management:

    • Ensure seamless, timely, and within-budget delivery of projects & events, meticulously adhering to client scope of work
    • Employ effective project management methodologies to guarantee successful outcomes

    Events Oversight:

    • Leverage extensive expertise in events to meticulously oversee and manage client-related events, ensuring a flawless execution that aligns with client expectations and goals
    • Implement innovative event strategies to enhance client engagement and overall experience

    Strategic Leadership:

    • Provide clients with strategic direction informed by deep industry insights, analytics, and fundraising methods
    • Continuously analyse market and fundraising trends to proactively offer strategic recommendations that position clients for success

    Team Collaboration:

    • Collaborate seamlessly with internal teams, including creative, strategy, and operations, to facilitate the smooth execution of campaigns and events
    • Foster a collaborative environment that maximises team synergy and creativity

    Financial Management:

    • Take charge of account finances, including budgeting, invoicing, and revenue tracking
    • Implement sound financial practices to optimise fundraising goals, profitability and efficiency

    Business Development:

    • Identify and capitalise on account growth opportunities, demonstrating a proactive approach to expanding client engagements and partnerships
    • Engage in new business pitches to potential new clients, showcasing our capabilities and value proposition

    Required Skills:

    • Previous experience in event management for 3+ years, with familiarity in the non-profit sector
    • Proven ability to handle multiple clients simultaneously in a dynamic, ever-changing, and fast-paced setting
    • Strong project management skills with a track record of successful project delivery
    • Demonstrated creativity and ability to infuse innovative solutions into client campaigns
    • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
    • Proficient problem-solving capabilities with acute attention to detail
    • Flexibility to work beyond regular working hours, including nights and weekends, when projects and events demands or deadlines require extended effort

    Compensation

    • Pay Range: £35,000/salaried
    • Fully Remote
    • Office: 85 Great Portland St, 1st Floor, London, W1W 7LT
    • Reports to: EMEA Director
