Description
We are looking for a Temporary Customer Service Advisor to cover a Maternity cover for 6 to 9 months. Based in the Crayford, Dartford area in Kent. Working for a Company who supply to the Construction Industry.

Monday to Thursday 8.30am to 5pm and Friday is 8.30am to 3pm


Working as part of the CSU team you will provide excellent customer service throughout all stages of customer interaction i.e.

from customer enquiry through to delivery.

Provide Support for the sales team.

Provide proactive support and customer development.


Duties & Responsibilities:

Customer Service Aims:


Take responsibility for all customer sales orders and ensure they are processed and delivered in line with customer requirements on a daily basis.


Work closely with logistics in order to meet delivery deadlines, informing customers in a timely period if their orders cannot be fulfilled.

Effectively owning the order from start to finish.


Develop strong customer relationships through a proactive approach in order to develop sales opportunities and assist with the promotion of the company brands.

Ensure accuracy, by liaising with Sales Representatives on all documents to be sent to customers. Answer all customer enquiries which come into the branch.

Experience of using ERP Systems preferably SAP Experience of using Sales-Force CRM

Strong PC skills
