    We are offering a part-time, office-based Administrative Assistant position to assist our client with their administrative needs, providing flexible hours and a professional working environment.

    The role entails basic finance-related data entry duties, requiring meticulous attention to detail and proficiency in financial documentation and record-keeping.


    Key Responsibilities:

    • Perform data entry tasks, including inputting and updating information into databases or spreadsheets
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of various types of data
    • Verify data for accuracy and completeness
    • Sort, organize, and file documents as needed
    • General administration as required
    • Basic financial record-keeping

    Requirements:

    • Exceptional attention to detail
    • Organisational skills
    • IT skills - including Excel
    • Experience within a similar role
    • Teams
    • Good initiative skills
    • Self-motivated
    • Great communication skills both written and verbal
    • Able to work in a team and independently
    Working hours can be flexible
    Office Based (Exter)
    2 days/week, 8 hours/day

    Previous experience as an Administrator is favourable to be successful with your application.
