Axon Moore are partnering with a high growth business in Chorley to recruit an ambitious Group Financial Reporting Manager.

The business have seen significant growth in recent years, and due to an internal promotion are looking for a technically strong manager to join the team.

This is a vital role which will supporting further business growth, both organically and via acquisitions.

Responsibilities include:

Assist with consolidation of statutory accounts
Reconciliation of balance sheet
Review of monthly board packs, prepared by the team
Preparation of M&A budgets, completion accounts, earnout calculations
Post-acquisition progress reporting
Preparation of monthly and quarterly covenant reporting
Management of a team of three
Audit and tax queries
Helping with the budgeting and forecasting process
Support the delivery of other ad-hoc projects as required

Our client is looking for an ambitious individual, with strong excel and data management skills, with the ability to multitask whilst operating a number of simultaneous projects.

Our local Lancashire Axon Moore team recruit all accounting and finance roles from CFO to transactional finance on both a temporary and permanent basis.
